In Our Terms & Conditions;

Reference to ‘You’ means you and all persons traveling on your booking. Reference to ‘We’ and ‘Us’ means “Myanmar Car Rental. Receipt by us of your initial booking deposit implies that you and all persons in your party have read, understood and agreed to our terms and conditions.

Car Rental Cost

All car rental cost are nett in Myanmar Kyat (Ks) and subject to change without notice.

Booking procedure:

All bookings are accepted by our official email info@myanmarcarrentals.com and myanmarcarrentals@gmail.com.  All bookings must include your Full Name as on your passport, Passport Number, Email and contact Phone number, Hotel or address to pick up & drop off. After receiving your acceptance of the itinerary, price and payment procedure, we will ask you a deposit. All bookings are accepted on the assumption of availability (request basis) and your booking will be confirmed only upon confirmed receipt of the requested deposit. We may not be able to hold availability for any product or service until your deposit is received.

Deposits, payments & refund;

You have to pay a deposit in order to confirm your travel arrangements with us. The deposit amount may vary according to the tour and rental services which you booked and the deposit is non refundable. Normally, after Car rental confirmation 30 % deposit of net price is requested in order to guarantee your reservation. And the full payment must be paid on the first day of tour. If you do not make the deposit and full payment by the required date we will consider the booking cancelled and you will forfeit any deposit paid. After commencement of travel no refund either in full or in part, will be given for unused services included in the program unless it is directly caused by us.

Amendments:

If you want to change any services of your tour you should contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist with your request. If the change is minor we won’t charge further cost to you. If the change requires more work on our behalf or involves charges levied by our suppliers, we will pass an appropriate charge onto you and we may ask you to pay the charge before we action the change. We will make fullest possible endeavor to keep up with the original program and arrangements as agreed upon to the best of our capacity, however due to the factors beyond our control, (for instance, a change in flight or ferry schedules, lack of hotel or transport availability, technical problems with transport) we may have to make changes. We reserve the right to do this at any time without any compensation to you.

Cancellations Policy:

We understands that cancellations are a part of the travel business. So we try to be as flexible as possible with our policy. We will always try to minimize any cancellation fees to all our clients. You should let us know as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your booking and should request that we acknowledge receipt your cancellation. No refund will be considered in the event that you are refused entry to Myanmar.

Our cancellation fees as follows;

15 days before rental start date : Nil
10 days prior to rental start date ; 30 % of total rental Price
7 days prior to rental start date ; 75 % of total rental Price
Less than 7 days prior to arrival ; 100 % on tour Price
No Show; 100 % on tour Price

Insurance:

We strongly recommend to take out your own personal travel insurance to cover trip cancellation, medical and baggage protection etc. Full contact details of the insurance policy will need to be carried with the expedition.

Responsibility:

“Myanmar Car Rentals” is the agent for the passenger in regard to travel by car or bus and assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity. There is no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to accident, delay or changes and other unexpected causes such as sickness, weather, strike etc. “Myanmar Car Rentals” also reserves the right to modify or reverse the original programmes in the interest of the clients. “Myanmar Car Rentals” may substitute with other cars or bus services when deemed necessary due to circumstances unforeseen or beyond its control. However, “Myanmar Car Rentals” will always make full endeavors to keep up the original tour programmes and arrangements.
